What a great place to find a new Kia!!! Sales team were very friendly and gave us a test drive with no pressure. Most of the dealing was done over email and text, which is super convenient (I have wasted WAY too much time in a dealership as a salesman talked with his manager... not here!) The finance manager was efficient and thorough, making the process extremely stress free. Registration, inspection, car prep and delivery were exceptionally fast. Wish every car dealership was run this way. Big shout out to my salesman Sean, great working with you. The service facility that is being built looks top notch and will be completed well before I'll need it. I happen to live less than a mile from another Kia dealership, they had very little on the lot and didn't seem too eager to make the process smooth. I drove 25 minutes to get to Gervais because the salesman was so friendly and willing to work on my timeline, not his.

Dealership advertised a fantastic special on a 27 Seltos, which came out to be super affordable, especially against competitors' prices (even similar specials). Facilities and inventory are phenomenal. All staff were very friendly. Sales rep, general manager, and business manager all helpful and efficient. They all made the experience very enjoyable and easy. High plus that it's a family owned and operated business.

We just purchased our second vehicle from Gervais Kia in Lowell. Despite the poor sales team operating under construction, the process couldn’t have been easier for us! Too bad we’re so happy with our vehicles, otherwise we’d go back and buy another car from Gervais!
