I recently came across Vigeants while searching for a used suv online with cargurus. It was super easy to schedule with Mark and go in to check out the Nissan. I am famous for being late or asking to change times often. Mark over at Vigeants was easy going and flexible. I fell in love with the Nissan instantly. It was clean and a great deal. I took a long test drive to really test it. When I got back Mark provided me with all the car facts I needed to make a confident decision. Waiting for funds to clear ,I had to wait another day to make the purchase. Mark was willing to hold the car for me with a very small down payment; which I was so grateful for ! Mark even started the papers with my car insurance agent before I returned the next day to make things smoother and faster for me. When I came the next day to purchase he had all the documents ready for me to bring to the rmv and the car pulled up. He was happy to go over any questions or concerns I had before signing and purchasing. He even ran out to test the battery and codes again to satisfy my significant others concerns. I was transferring plates, so Ken put the plates on for me while i was signing with Mark. I simply paid and off I went to the registry. I know many if not all dealers handle the rmv title and registration papers now but honestly I didnt mind and I promise you won't either. When walking into the office at Vigeants its obvious they've been around for multiple decades. They have stood the test of time and have years of expirence and knowledge. Inside the office ,collectable cars and license plates line the walls. You can see the history and years of satisfied customers. Id take that feeling any day over some completed rmv docs with a new dealer that has little history to go off. Over the course of 30 days I looked at maybe 20 dealers with suvs and then deduced that to a top 5. All of the other dealers I visited seemed fairly new and they all would of covered the rmv papers for me. It so happened that my first choice vehicle was at Vigeants I obviously went with the dealer with the best car that also happened to be the only dealer with a history. over a dealer that does the rmv documents for you. don't let the thought of avoiding the rmv keep you from the right dealer. Vigeants had a great variety of cars trucks and suvs, that you are sure too find the right vehicle for you. They have history you can trust. Check them out! I just bought a Honda from Vigeant's Auto Sales, and had a fantastic experience. Mark was friendly, easy to deal with, no pressure, and he even gave me advice on selling my car - which got me the highest price! My wife and I just completed our first purchase from Vigeant's Auto Sales; of a beautifully kept 2004 Jeep Wrangler. Mark Vigeant represented the vehicle condition and service history with attention to detail from our first contact. He allowed us to take the Jeep on an extended test drive; and then once we had agreed to purchase; Mark informed that the prior owner had a pile of summer fun accessories for this Jeep at what he considered and attractive price, which we might want to consider. We expressed interest, and Mark immediately requested pictures from the prior owner. Upon our confirmation; Mark then drove to purchase them on our behalf; so that we could load up everything together conveniently at his dealership to complete the sale. I was surprised by and highly impressed with Mark's enthusiasm for the vehicle; and making sure that we received much more than full value in the transaction. Mark made the buying process super simple and has a good selection of affordable, reliable cars. There were no pushy tactics, and he is very friendly and honest! Definitely the type of person you want to buy a car from.
