First off all, I don't hand out 5 star reviews hardly EVER. Ron and I had 1 very minor communication hiccup. But we made it work. We got a very clean Chevy Trax for my daughter. It was a smoking deal. My daughter is happy. So I am happy to give a good review. Price was great. Car was great. Excellent customer service. Restores some respect for used car dealers. Ron was a straight shooter. Excellent overall experience.
TL;DR - Honest and kind business. What you see is what you get. Use your wits and you can get a great deal. Best used car dealership I have ever been to. If you're looking for something in the Lowell area go no further than these guys, they will get you on the road. Really happy with my experience here. Ron was easy to get in touch with and made everything smooth and simple. Great with questions, patient and friendly. Honest business, they aren't out to get you and will go out of their way to help if you ask. I got a 2007 Ford Focus for $3000 including the doc fee in June 2022. Extremely competitive price at the time when cars were the most expensive they have ever been. I couldn't find a vehicle with that kind of mileage and condition for less than $5000 anywhere. It has rust on the undercarriage, but no bad structural rot. I'm guessing the car was someone's winter beater for a while. Did have one strange experience, not certain what happened. After buying the car, I waited a day or two while it was cleaned, since it had just come in. When I took delivery of the vehicle the driver side mirror was at a weird angle. Went to adjust it with Ron and it snapped off the car. It had to have been broken at some point in the past and maybe we just didn't know. Ron took ownership of the situation right away, bought the new part and installed it a couple days later. New mirror has been working ever since. I also had issues with the wheels a little bit later. Found out that all four steel wheels (probably original) had rust problems, but one of them was SERIOUSLY bent. I'm certain it was that way from purchase as that wheel always lost air pressure and the ride was bumpy at speed from day 1. I thought it was just bad wheel balancing, but the tire shop showed me otherwise. No problem though, I just grabbed some mint used steel wheels on Craigslist and was on my way. It's been reliable for me for almost a year now. I'm super happy with it! Gets me to work, to school, anywhere I need to go. I agree with other reviewers. What you see is what you get. You have to know a little bit about cars, or bring someone with you to look at it. Maybe ask to take the car to a mechanic if you want for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. This dealership isn't checking every car with a fine tooth comb for tiny details because there just isn't enough time. The prices reflect that fairly! If you go in informed, know what to look for, and check everything carefully just as you would do when buying something off of Craigslist or Facebook, you'll be fine. Might just get away with a really nice deal. For me? Perfect first car, great price, and it's exactly what I wanted. It'll need work and maintenance, stuff will break, and it will die someday, but I knew what I was getting into buying a 15 year old car. I have no complaints. Thanks to everyone and especially Ron for a great experience! See below for some photos.
Very helpful and nice people. Sold me a 09’ Toyota Camry that was very well taken care of and runs like a dream! These guys are the best! Would go back if I needed a new car
Bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic a month ago. I spotted a small leak when I test drove it. Said it was probably the A/C and that they’d check it out. They didn’t find it an issue. The car started jerking and overheating right after the 30 days and I had no choice but to pull over and stop driving it and tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said it had been leaking transmission fluid for a long time and showed me parts that were so bad and obviously cracked and missing. Dipsticks missing, seals missing and broken. Now I’ve had to pay nearly $500 to fix it when this could have been taken care of honestly by the dealership. Back wipers don’t work and radio tweaks out. Seems like they do temp jobs because they know these cars well enough to make them last the 30 days and then it’s not their problem after that. I called them, told them what’s going on. They said to check the coolant and let them know. Then I called back and said it was still leaking. They said to bring it three days out. Which they know would be past the lemon law expiration. And at that point the car isn’t drivable nor am I going to spend more money on another tow for an hour drive and it’s not like they offered any way to get it there. They never called back to check on the situation. Didn’t ask what I found out. Someone didn’t do their job honestly. Because according to the mechanic I took it to, he said it’s very obvious and it couldn’t have been missed and that transmission fluid had been leaking for a LONG time. Before I bought the car.
We bought a vehicle from them November 2025. We paid 5k. It seemed like a great deal, we were really excited about it. Within 2 months, it was overheating. We went to a local garage and paid $1,200 in repairs. They thought it was fixed. Within a month, it was over heating again. Went to the GMC dealership who thought it was the head gasket but upon further investigation the engine is pretty much dead. The vehicle is a complete loss. We basically paid close to 7k if you include sales tax and we didn’t even drive 3,000 miles. Of course we have no recourse.
