-The best customer service I’ve received from any car dealership- I came across this dealership looking for a 2nd gen Prius on Facebook. I’ve been to numerous small car dealerships similar to this one and have learned to be cautious. The salesmen often try to pressure you and don’t stand by their product they’re selling. This place is not that. I found a second gen Prius at this dealership and went to look at it. I was free to look around with nobody pressuring me into a sale. Vladimir greeted me in a friendly way but allowed me to look around on my own. I then test drove the car (after inspecting it thoroughly) and decided to purchase it. I was given a copy of the carfax when I asked for it (I was very happy about this). I then brought up that the A/C was a bit warm and asked if they had the ability to recharge it before I purchased it. Vladimir seemed happy to have it charged to ensure I’d be a happy customer. A few other things we agreed on were also taken care of. Overall it was a very easy experience. Vladimir is excellent at customer service and I enjoyed talking to him. I highly recommend doing business here. I made very reasonable requests and Vladimir was happy to help. I appreciate doing business with reasonable and respectful people. Come here with a good attitude and don’t ask for money off the car (they were all priced excellent when I went). I believe if you follow these things you’ll be treated very, very well here as I was. In the end, these are still used cars. Do you own inspection (they told me I could have any shop look at the car) and understand there is no guarantee how long the car will last. I do believe they do their best to get quality vehicles. Their hybrid selection is excellent. Thank you Vladimir!

Updating my previous review. There was simply a miscommunication and I appreciate them reaching out to me about it. I had unfortunately a family emergency overseas that cost me the money I had for a car I put a deposit on. I needed the deposit back as I was short on cash from this unfortunate situation. They showed themselves to be honest and understanding. I would recommend folks to do business with them as few places these days uphold their word. I apologize for any anomosity on my end, sometimes with the state of our society we tend to think the worst of folks and while thats no excuse I do wish well on the team over there. Hopefully I can buy a car from them in the future if they would have me as a client. Thank you again and God bless.

I had a great experience with Vlad and his crew. I came in looking for a car I saw on a website that they said they had, and it seems to be in great condition. It's an older car but it runs great. First time trying to buy a car and they made it a very easy and smooth process, I was able to pay and pick it up in a matter of days (that time mostly because I had to set up insurance and such), and I love my car so much!

I met with Vladimir on a 2009 Toyota Camry for $5,900 and the mileage was about 130k, long story short i got in the car and car felt like it was sitting for months. Put it in reverse and car wouldn’t go backwards unless a foot was on the gas, ridiculous in my opinion another thing was when i was driving it the steering was super tight which threw me off and the dashboard lights started to come on as a few minutes go by which isn’t too good. So at the end of the test drive i offered Vladimir 3k max, and he laughed which is weird because the car won’t sell for anything more then 4 grand. After a few weeks/months the car is off the market completely, nobody purchased it it was just removed completely because nobody wanted to deal with that car. I wouldn’t recommend Center Auto Group
