You listened to my needs very carefully and found the exact car I had been looking for. The vehicle is in perfect condition, has low mileage, and was priced appropriately. I truly appreciate the full support I received from the moment I chose the car until the registration was complete. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. This review is long overdue, but I bought a car back from them in the summer and it was my first solo purchase and financing of a car. Jon and his team were very helpful throughout the entire process. Though his team is small, they made a big impact and I appreciate the ease of the process. From the test drive to the registration, I really had to do little to no work but pay and sign. One thing I dislike is the feeling of being pressured into something I'm not sure of, and naturally, Mega Motors did not do that. They made me feel comfortable and accommodated for any issue or concerns I may have had, which built a sense of trust and respect. Very thankful for the car I have now, will definitely refer people to them and hopeful to get my next purchase with them! Thank you again Mega Motors!!

Levon did a fantastic job at the salesmanship duties. He went over and beyond the call of duty by informing me about the rebates available for hybrid vehicles, and how I could take advantage of those programs. He even helped me with the paperwork unbelievable who does that? John, the finance guy and operations manager did a fantastic job and ensuring that my car was properly inspected and everything was working before it was delivered to me. There was a radio issue that he caught before I took delivery of the vehicle so happy I didn’t have to deal with it after the sale. My car is a 2013 Ford C max and I could not be happier. I’m absolutely blown away at this car dealership. I’ve dealt with a lot of people in my life, particularly in the automobile industry and this team has it together even the gentleman delivering my vehicle, I could tell it was part of the team.

Levon was a great help with my long-distance purchase. He provided a virtual walk through, test drove the vehicle for me for a specific commute and even delivered the car to my house. A very smooth transaction and great value!

I bought a car from Mega Motors on April 8, 2026. I was interested in a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium with 96.5k miles (still posted on the website, a month after sale). The initial experience was great — the test drive went smoothly, and the employee who rode with me was engaged, answered my questions, and made the process feel comfortable. I ultimately decided to move forward with purchasing the vehicle. One of the main reasons I chose this dealership was because of their positive reviews and the fact that they had been in business for a while. Early on, I specifically asked whether they would handle registering the vehicle in Connecticut for me, since I was financing it. I was told they had to handle the registration due to the financing, which sounded great. The paperwork and financing process went smoothly, but the problems started afterward. The following week, I called for an update and was told by John that they would be going to the DMV the following Wednesday. About two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I called again and was told the car was getting new tires before registration and that they planned to register it afterward that same day. Later, I received another call saying the tire appointment had been pushed back, which somehow meant they could no longer register the vehicle. I was confused as to why new tires were preventing them from registering the car in Connecticut, but I let it go. The next day, the owner called me and said, “We made the DMV appointment under your name, so we don’t know if we can register it without you there.” This was the first time anyone had mentioned this being a possible issue. Unfortunately, the DMV they selected was 1.5 hours away from my job. I had to leave work early and drive 1.5 hours to make the scheduled 1:15 PM DMV appointment. I arrived at 12:51 PM and called John, who told me they had sent someone into Connecticut to complete emissions testing and that he would meet me there. Shortly after, the driver called me at 1:03 PM and said he was finishing emissions and would arrive in 20 minutes. I waited until 1:15 PM, then went into the DMV alone so the appointment wouldn’t be lost. The driver did not arrive until 2:10 PM. Thankfully, the Connecticut DMV employees were understanding and worked with me. When the driver finally arrived, the only thing he said was “sorry.” After all of that, both the driver and the owner asked me how I planned on getting the Ford Edge home — despite John previously offering to deliver the vehicle to me during one of our earlier phone calls. The driver eventually drove the vehicle behind me to my home, dropped it off, and left. For a dealership that has supposedly been established for a long time, I was surprised at how disorganized and unfamiliar they seemed with the process of registering a vehicle from Massachusetts to Connecticut — especially after telling me it was mandatory for them to handle it themselves. Communication throughout the process was poor unless I personally reached out for updates. I understand businesses get busy, but there seemed to be very little effort made to keep me informed or make the process easier. If you are not in a rush to get your vehicle and are prepared for delays and poor communication, this may be the place for you. Thanks for listening! Love my edge.
