Knockout Deals is Amazing. The owner is very professional and has the Best deals and vechicles. I only buy my vehicles there and have been since 2012. They are a 12 out of 10 in my book.

The owner name is rich he sold me a car and he did not tell me the doors did not lock the oil light comes off and on I had to pay 500 for the driver door to lock and 250 to lock all the doors they sell half working cars and I had a 30 day warranty and he does not want to replace the lock system when they sell cars. They do not tell you if anything doesn’t fully work. Do not go here to buy a car. They are not honest people

Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. The vehicle was in terrible condition and clearly not properly inspected before being sold. Within days, we discovered signs of rodents inside the car along with multiple hidden issues that were never disclosed. Instead of taking accountability, they were dishonest, disrespectful, and treated us like our concerns didn’t matter at all. Customer service is nonexistent once they get your money. “Knockout deals, more like knockoff deals.” I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle or honest business practices. Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment and go somewhere else.

Bought a vehicle here that was infested with rodents. I was later told a deceased squirrel was found under the driver’s seat vent. After multiple “repairs” and keeping my car for over a week, the vehicle still smelled and had droppings, nesting, and debris inside. I brought that up to the owner and he called this person slow and to now listen to what he had told me. They offered me a refund, then tried charging me an illegal $500 “usage fee” when I came back for it, and threaten to take me to court. Extremely unprofessional business with terrible customer service. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

These people are so unprofessional! When I changed my mind about buying a car from them, their egos were so crushed and they decided to keep some of the money that I gave them for a car that I NEVER DROVE OFF THE LOT! of course because I am a young woman thats what miserable people do. The salesmen couldn't even get their numbers right. One of them wanted $500 and the other wanted $250. Then told me I couldn't get any of my money back until I signed an agreement saying that they are entitled to the money (that was never in my contract). Unfortunately, I am a case manager for the mentally ill who needs a car to see clients, so I don't have to time for a long drawn out legal battle but they will never get service from me or anyone I know, THATS FOR SURE.
