Glenn and his father Steve assisted me in making a purchase from out of state. Went out of their way to make this happen and went so far as to pay for a local transportation service to pick me up at Logan Airport to their dealership in Brockton. Shoe City Auto Sales specializes in unique vehicles, lots of Hondas and Toyotas with low mileage and in great shape. In my case I was looking for a late model Honda CRZ with high options and low mileage. I will probably go back when I'm ready to upgrade my Toyota tacoma.

Glenn and Steve were awesome! So so so helpful and supportive through the whole buying process. They fixed the car after I had someone else give it a once over and point out some issues. So grateful for these two gentlemen that answered many phone calls to answer alll of my many questions! I can't say enough about how helpful they were. This was the first time I've purchased a car with a loan and Glenn made it seamless.

Glenn and his father are the last of a dying breed. I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from them sight unseen and they were 100% up front with me explaining what the vehicle condition was like prior to shipping it to me in Florida. When the vehicle arrived, it was exactly like it was depicted to me in emails, phone calls, and in pictures. I found a small oil leak with the vehicle after a few days and Glenn personally paid a local mechanic in my town to fix the issue as he told me that he would be sending me a mechanically sound vehicle. The whole experience was incredible and Glenn’s honesty really caught me off guard. I can’t thank Shoe City Auto enough for a great vehicle and superb service.
