I had been looking for a blobeye Subaru wrx wagon, in somewhat of a decent shape for years. Being that the car is rare, most of what’s still around is either abused or just rusted out beyond repair. Every now and then I’d go on a binge search online to see if I get lucky. Sure enough that day came. I stumbled across Brockton Auto Sales’ website and not even 5 minutes of surfing their extensive inventory I struck GOLD. I see a beautiful silver 2004 Subaru wrx wagon with the cleanest interior. I called their office and boy was I thrilled when someone picked up because it was literally 7:10pm on a Friday. I spoke to Mike (nicest car sales person), I let him know I was really interested in the car and that I understood it was probably too late to checkout the car the same day. Mike’s response was “I’ll be here for another hour if you’re in the area sir, it would be my pleasure to show you the car.” I ended up going to see it, loved the car and purchased it all in the same day. The car pretty much sells itself just by the condition it was in mechanically and how well it was detailed inside and out by Brockton Auto Sales before they presented it for sale. The thing that made this transaction great for me was how courteous and hospitable Mike was through out the whole thing even-though it was a last minute deal on the end of the day on a Friday. I had the best experience buying my very first car, and it was all thanks to Abraham. This dealership is truly a great place to buy a car, but Abraham is what makes it exceptional. He helped us with absolutely everything from start to finish. He even went above and beyond by driving us in his own car to the RMV so I could get my plates something he didn’t have to do at all. He is incredibly friendly, polite, patient, and always answered my calls whenever I needed help or had questions. As a first‑time buyer, that meant everything to me. I super recommend this place, and especially Abraham. If you want someone honest, helpful, and genuinely caring, ask for him. He’s amazing!

Great selection of cars. The customer service is great. We got a great price on our 2015 Acura RDX. In and out in less than an hour. You can test drive the cars, and inspect anything you want. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for their next vehicle. This team conducts their business with the utmost respect and integrity, truly men of their word. Extremely satisfied. Definitely coming back for my next car.

I finally called this place about the 2020 Hybrid Accord that I’d spent three weeks struggling to find. I really liked the car; the price was right, and it had no accident history. Since I had about a two-hour drive ahead of me, I wanted to confirm over the phone beforehand. I asked the sales representative, “Can we have the hybrid battery tested at a nearby auto shop?” He replied, “No, the hybrid battery is in good condition; if there were a problem, the warning light would come on.” I said, “But if these hybrid batteries fail, the replacement costs $4,000—I need to be sure before buying.” When I insisted, he got angry, he yelled me, saying, “If there were a problem, the warning light would have come on—I’m telling you there’s no problem sirrr!!” and rudely hung up on me in about 127 seconds. I’m not joking; for a moment, I felt like I was talking to the Russian Mafia. Later that afternoon, I bought an older, non-hybrid Civic from another town. But I really loved that car. From what I can tell, this employee has issues with work ethics, terrible costumer service and anger management. I don’t know the employee’s name, but there must be other good people working there since they’ve received a 4.9-star rating. I was a bit shocked because I never expected this from a place with a 4.9-star Google review. I had to write this. It was definitely a terrible experience.
