Smart Buy USA - Malden

I will be recommending friends and family here. Sean and Nicole went above and beyond. I have heard so many horror stories of first time car buyers and I was more than pleasantly surprised to have had such an easy and enjoyable process. Sean will be my go to guy for everything car and everything car sales for the unforeseeable future. Nicole really hooked it up with the financing and insurance process. I would recommend if you value customer loyalty and exceptionally good rates, exceptionally quick!! Thanks SmartBuy -Sincerely a VERY happy first time car buyer

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a preowned vehicle. Sean and Jimmy were excellent. They were knowledgeable and the no pressure approach was very much appreciated. If you’re looking for a preowned vehicle, this is the place to go.

Jimmy and the team are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. The entire team goes out of their way to make sure that you get what you want, at a fair price, and even with a nationally recognized warranty! Check these guys out, you will not be disappointed!

Worst dealership ever they make promises that they will never keep they are not professional at all I got scammed at this place they sold me a car for $11,000 and since day one I have been complaining that the same car has a lot of issues and is not safe for my kids and they do not care at all I try my hardest to be patient and everything but now the car is parked in my driveway waiting to get repod because the only way I make money for my family is with a car now I’m behind on all my payments phone, car, house insurance everything the warranty doesn’t cover anything that the car has wrong with it the whole underneath of the car is rusted they said they would put me in a new car and they never did I will use all the money I have left to get a lawyer I have a lot of proof pics, videos, and messages I tried to do this the easy way and talk to them but they just keep making promises and I can’t no more I lost a lot just waiting for them to help me and I don’t even have a year with this car

Don’t do busyyyyyyy with this company at all they horrible and extremely unprofessional, they also steal your deposit. After saying they will mail it out. We be filing a complaint with the BBB! You been warn do not do business with this company. Look at the inconsistency in their text messages! First they sent the check out and we been waiting 2 months and now they saying it’s non refundable. Like what!?!?
