Just picked up a beautiful 2024 GMC Sierra this afternoon. Tom and Joe were top notch with helping me purchase this vehicle. I had misplaced my license last week and they held the truck for me until my duplicate arrived in the mail. As luck would have it my wife found the missing wallet this morning and we were able to close the deal in the matter of a few hours today. Richards has an impressive inventory on site and again the staff are at your service. I’ve never had a vehicle purchase go as smoothly as this one and I’ve bought quite a few vehicles in my life. Found a good deal on an X5. Smooth no pressure sales and car was ready to drive out when I arrived clean with new car smell. Recommend.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January. This review is to caution you from purchasing from them unless you actually see the vehicle. All of my interactions with this company were over the phone as I live 1,000 miles away and decided to purchase the vehicle based on carfax, pictures, and a video Bob sent me from his cell of the SUV. I was told there were no dings, dents, smells, etc. and the vehicle was in great condition. I didn't haggle them at all and paid what they were asking as they appeared to be a premium dealership with premium vehicles. I purchased the vehicle and set up delivery. All went well until the vehicle was delivered. I immediately noticed, before the suv was taken off the trailer, there were scratches on the rear bumper and attempt to cover the scuff and scratches with touch up paint. Per Bob, he was unaware of this and asked that I take the vehicle to a body shop and send them an estimate. We did this and immediately got the response that the estimate was way too high. After weeks of checking in with Bob and Joe we were finally told that they would send us a check for less than half of what the body shop quoted to fix the bumper. I've checked back again since then and was told once again they would send the check. Weeks later, still nothing. I've purchased a lot of vehicles and have never gotten such run around. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this business.
