I had a good experience purchasing my car from Prestige. I worked with Anthony and i didn’t feel pressured into anything. I was able to get a pre-purchase inspection by my personal mechanic who identified some issues with the car. Prestige was able to fix all of the issues before my purchase. Alex was flexible with how i paid for the car, and i was able to negotiate the price because i was paying with cash. They were both responsive to my questions via text and email and responded to everything in a timely manner. They got the work done on the car within a week or so, and i was able to pick it up it up within 2 weeks of my first visit. They do the title transfer, plates, registration, and MA state inspection, so it saved me a trip to the rmv which we love. The only thing I’ll say is to keep in mind that they have a 3% fee on debit card transactions, so factor that in if you’re paying for the deposit or car with that type of card. I’ll update this review if anything new happens after my purchase, but as of now, i am satisfied with this process and my new car.

Frustrating experience. I bought a car and I paid full price because they said they were going to fix the breaks. When I go to pick up the car and say all set with the breaks and he said says it went through the shop etc. I told them I was giving it to my daughter for graduation as a surprise with the bow and whole ordeal. Well, I sign the paperwork thinking they did it because my salesmen just said they did when I saw him before signing. Driving home it turns out they did not fix the breaks as it drove the same. Started to shutter a few days after while breaking so not safe to give to my daughter and I had no time because i would miss graduation so I had to fix at a local shop quick because I am far away. They would not do anything and said is was warranty even know it was contractual and did not care. So I had to eat the a lot for the breaks and they broke their word. Make sure if work is done you check before you sign and pick up. Also check every feature, button light, knob, and moving part so you know what you are getting. I knew the sunroof did not work. However, it was stuck on the glass roof when I saw it. I pick it up totally broken closed so it hid the big water stain on the headliner. They did say they could not guarantee the sunroof but I don't think they tried. Again, check everything. They only had one key so glad I asked. And you even have to check to see if you have all the same tires because I had 3 Dunlops and 1 Goodyear. I am going to trade my Jeep for a BMW but I am not going to do it there.
