When I went to see the car , I was impressed at how extremely clean the car was, not just the one I looked at all of them. the office staff was very knowledgeable , friendly, honest with you and let me know the ins and outs of the car. I had approval within a hour for financing .The whole process was seamless. This dealership has pride of ownership all over it, not with just the owner the staff as well. We bought a Mini Cooper from Auto House a few months ago and purchased the extended warranty recommended through Auto House. The purchase process was smooth, and so was the paper work to take possession of the car. The car ran well for a few months and then we ran into some issues with the car, which is probably expected from a used car. We called Auto House and they took care of the repairs through the extended warranty. They are quick to respond to phone calls or text messages. Based on my experience so far, I feel I can do business with them again.
