My personal experience at Northeast Auto Gallery was absolutely top notch. The owner Garen was very polite and patient with all my questions. This was the best used car as well as new car purchase experience ever. I bought a used a 2014 Mustang PONY Package V6 and love it. Highly recommend this dealer to everyone. Met with Garen, the owner of Northeast Auto Gallery. This location has a wide range of vehicles, from midrange to exotic. I was interested in a car to which he allowed me to test drive. The car was in excellent condition, clean inside and out. It also drove very smooth, as advertised and reviewed by many other car owners of this make and model. I enjoyed the car so much that I was ready to buy (I was not prepared to buy that day). In this day and age where there are so many scam car salesmen from the major car dealerships (not all), Garen was the very opposite! He was very honest (very rare), transparent, and thorough. He even suggested to me that I try to maximize on my trade-in through a 3rd party. When I declined to use a 3rd party, he proceeded with completing the paperwork. Not one time in the entire process did he upsell me on anything. He showed the numbers that mattered, and what was needed to allow me to drive the car that very same day! Even after the deal was made, he suggested to reach out to him if anything unusual happens with the car. That speaks volumes on how confident he is about the cars that he sells. In contrast to where salesmen from other car dealerships will suddenly disappear, nowhere to be seen after a deal is made. In conclusion, Garen made the car buying process ridiculously easy. He's a respectful dealer and very professional! I am thankful of my new ride and will look to Garen and his collection of cars the next time I decide to buy or know of anyone who is looking to buy!
