Buying a car from Hertz Auto Sales was a great experience. There was no pressure on purchasing after looking at vehicles or going on a test drive. The dealership truly has an amazing sales team. John was genuine, honest and answered all 100 questions I had without making me feel like a bother. Cindy has one of the most vibrant/welcoming personality and Julian my sales person went above and beyond. Drove about an hour to deliver my vehicle and also called about a week or so after I purchased to see how everything was going with the vehicle. I will definitely keep you guys in mind in the future. Recently purchased a car with Hertz car sales in Lynn Ma and I can say me and my friend was very satisfied with their service and patience they had with us and being able to answer they many questions we had . Especially Nick, making sure that we was comfortable with the car choice and the pricing of everything. The time ended with some laughs and a good food recommendation. Just bought a used car from Hertz Car Sales in Lynn, MA. I did a lot of research beforehand on different models, mileage, and pricing across several dealer sites and online reviews. The best deals I found were on the Hertz site, especially with their no‑haggle pricing. There were a couple of cars I was interested in, and to my surprise, every one of them was actually on the lot when I arrived. I worked with Julian, one of the Sales Consultants. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He set my wife and me up for a couple of test drives, and we ended up choosing a Hyundai Kona. The purchase process was simple, and we were able to get the car right away. The finance team sent all the forms online and walked us through everything over the phone. The car was ready to take home two days later after registration. Overall, it was a very smooth, low‑stress experience. I highly recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a well‑maintained used car.
