They are the most definite go-to person for my vehicles purchase two vehicles through him and I will continue to purchase more. The owner & his wife are the BEST. Let me not get about the DOG I am in love 😍 💕 I have purchase two vehicles from Rob a Honda CRV & Jeep Cherokee the Honda is almost paid off and we're coming back for a truck

honestly great place to get your car from!! they did everything he could to work worh us to get our vehicle and even replaced our windshield for us!!! we appreciate all the help they gave us

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Rob. From the very start, he provided exceptional customer service that truly stood out. Not only was he more than fair in every aspect of the deal, but he took the time to remember our names, including my son’s, and brought up something I mentioned during our phone conversation. That personal touch really meant a lot and showed how much he genuinely cares about his customers. He was patient, honest, and caring. It’s rare to find someone who listens that well and goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a car and want to work with someone who’s professional, thoughtful, and truly has your best interest at heart, go see Rob. You won’t regret it!

The worst place to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a Nissan versa for $9000 cash. And within the first week I begin to have problems with the car. I got stuck in the middle of the street several times, pressing on the gas, car wouldn’t move. I took the vehicle back to the shop about 3 times for the same issue. Him and the mechanic kept saying oh we don’t see the problem.. the last time I took it , the mechanic checked the car and told me “ I have to take the result to the owner. I asked him several times what did the reader say. He was nervous, stuttering over his words. I then took the shop to the Nissan dealer and the issue was the TRANSMISSION… The owner and his wife are horrible folks, as they knew the issue before they sold me the vehicle…SOLD ME A LEMON… and that’s not it when I tried to take the car back for them to fix, they called Baltimore county police on me !!! I will never ever do business with them, or recommend anyone to ever purchase a vehicle

This company is the worst dealer i've dealt with in essex purchase a car and within few days check engine light came on took the car back and they so called fixed the issue but my engine ended up blowing up due to the same issue they so called fixed , there mechanic lack mechanical knowledge and probaly should be working on lawn mowers and not cars
