Aero Motors Used Car Sales

Bought a beautiful car from them back in December, I was amazed by how nice this car was inside and out. I haven’t had any issues so far. The buying experience was great. It’s a chill no pressure place. I never felt rushed or persuaded to buy anything. Thank you Aero Motors !! Ed Layfield is a great salesmen !

This was my second visit to the dealership in the same week. The vehicles on the lot appeared to be in good condition, and their online inventory looked appealing. I returned with serious interest in making a purchase, but after spending time looking over a vehicle and then waiting in the sales area for 10–15 minutes, no one acknowledged me or let me know there would be a wait, there was only one sales person from what I saw and he was attending to another customer he went back and forth to an office several times. Parking was also very limited. I understand staff can be busy, but after making multiple trips and a 30–45 minute drive each way, it would have been noce to be greeted atleast once on one of the 2 visits. The inventory left a positive impression, but the customer experience could definitely be improved.

Went there on a Saturday to look at a few cars. Looked at 2 corollas only test drove one of them and didn't like it. Inside vents were missing pieces, rear view mirror cracked but very clean inside. My husband open both hoods of the corollas and there was animal nest and have been chewing the wires and the plastic piece covering the motor. So right then and there we said absolutely no. Like how can the mechanic not have seen that and told the salesman and even showed him and he was shocked?!The salesman was nice not pushy at all. We ended up leaving, just make sure you open the hoods and look. These cars have low mileage but you dont know how long they have been sitting.

Very unprofessional CANNOT WORK UNDER PRESSURE!!! Took my truck here to get Md State Inspection. When we wanted to speak to the mechanic to get clarification on things that needed to be fixed while coming onto the sales floor heard him say i don’t have time for this shit! Upon my boyfriend asking questions he was very rude. To justify actions coworkers said we usually don’t let him talk to customers and mind you this was after he asked my boyfriend what is he looking at after he just disrespected him and then said i know because i would beat your ass. Guys the mechanic is about 6’3 with some weight about 100 pounds more lol my boyfriend is only about 5’6 150 All of this because he was “HAMMERED”! Then the cashier who was sitting there the entire time closes the glass in my face and says she didn’t kno what was going on and I’m standing there waiting luckily the video can not go up but here’s proof of her turning her back while I’m trying to be serviced

Absolutely disgusted with the way this dealership treats customers after the sale. My uncle bought a vehicle from them, and within the first 3 weeks there were already major safety issues, including a tire literally rolling off the vehicle and down the road while driving. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when the vehicle had to be towed, he was left to walk home. The dealership then kept his vehicle for 4 days with no loaner car, no rental assistance, and no effort whatsoever to help with transportation after selling him a defective vehicle. The sales manager, Fred, was absolutely no help. He simply said his “hands were tied” and there was nothing he could do, suggesting we call back Monday to ask about a loaner car knowing the car was supposedly going to be ready that same day, making the suggestion pointless. Not once did anyone at this dealership try to go out of their way to help lighten the burden for someone who had just spent thousands of dollars buying a vehicle from them. Customer service clearly ends the second they make the sale. I would strongly recommend people think twice before buying a vehicle here.
