Hands Down the best experience (again ) at Sir Michael's... Juan was the absolute best, they go up and beyond, to make sure you are totally taken care of, I was so worried about everything from the car to the financing , and I was stressing for nothing. Honestly is best policy I let them know my situation, I told them what vehicles I was interested in, I filled out the application online , got a call back , I was at the Rosedale Lot the next morning, process was fast., and honest . Found a truck i have been looking for for over a year through the carfax website and it happened to be at their lot. I called and they held the truck for me to get there the following weekend. I drove 3+ hours down to go pick up the truck and everything went extremely smooth. Juan was incredible salesman and helped me through the whole process and made sure everything was ready to go when I got there due to me being on a time restraint. Nate was extremely helpful filling out all of the paperwork and helping through the whole process as well. This small place exceeded all of my expectations and was absolutely worth the 3+ hour drive. If anyone is debating on making a trip to purchase a car or truck from them because you don't live close, take it from me that they will absolutely not let you down. Great people, great experience, and most of all, these guys truly care about their customers

I called and this place is amazing!! Didn’t tell me there’s nothing they can do they said let me see what I can do! Marvin did awesome on getting me the car I love ! And was patient when I didn’t show up till 5 pm thank you for everything

Was sold a lemon. Car claimed to be inspected but after a month ran into hundreds of dollars worth of work that was not fixed prior to me buying it. If i could leave zero stars i would. Do not buy from here.
