Bought my RX350 from Lex Connection 6 months ago. Love, love it! I recently got side swiped with pretty bad 3 ft long scrape, (fortunately not dented). Dave, Lex Connect body guy, did an AMAZING, impressive repair/buff job. Looks like new! Took it in again this morning for minor service. I love how they wash your vehicle, return it sparkly clean with cold bottle of water. Great customer service. Thank you, Cody.
I've received nothing but good service and good communication. The notes/upsell were accurate, honest, and presented without undue pressure. Happy to have a shop like this for Lexus (and Toyota) around. Bonus points because Chet speaks from experience and knows his stuff when it came to my LS; that's a great way to inspire confidence in the team he's representing. Also, someone vacuumed my floormats and that was both a pleasant surprise and uncommon courtesy. Double bonus points.

I bought my RX 350 there about four years ago now and I still kill myself as “the world’s happiest Customer” And they know me as that. It is by fire and Lodge the best car I have ever owned. And at my age, I have owned quite a few. The only issues or ones that I caused myself, and they took immediate care Of them. My only regret is that I can only give them five stars The closest thing I have to complain is all the little bowls of chocolate in the waiting area Good job guys
This place is awesome...don’t be confused by the name, they service most makes and models and specialize in Lexus. The entire team here is amazing and the newly renovated waiting area competes with any of the large dealerships. The location is conveniently located and much more competitively priced than the same services you would get at the Lexus dealer. Highly recommend Lex Connection!
