I ended up purchasing a Lexus with Jennifer as my sales representative. I really appreciated her no-nonsense, relaxed approach—it made a big difference. The finance manager was just as helpful and patient, taking the time to clearly explain warranty options without making it feel overwhelming. Overall, a very positive and professional experience.

Communication was incredibly clear and delivered in a timely manner. She not only stayed diligent with the specifics of my vehicle request but was honest about what she currently could locate and deliver for me to review. My time wasn’t wasted but valued, and ultimately she located the best vehicle for my needs. You will not be disappointed if you ask for Jennifer Towers.

I just purchased a CPO Lexus NX from this dealer, and I have almost nothing bad to say about the car buying process. Kylie (Saleswoman), Liz (Finance Manager), and Tim (Sales Manager) all made the experience easy, transparent, and convenient for me. They all tried their hardest to make sure my time was valued. Their pricing is reasonable, and they have very little fees or hidden mark ups. The dealer had a few unavoidable troubles that delayed when I could pick up my new car, and that meant unfortunately I would not be in Maine when my car was ready. However, they shipped my car for free to my home (over 200 miles away), so I did not have to drive back and forth. If you are not near this dealer but are interested in their dealer, they will go out of your way to have your business, and I greatly appreciate how they operate their dealership. However, I have one little gripe that had to knock down a star rating. Whoever detailed my car gets a thumbs down. If you are a fan of having every surface of the vehicle having a shiny and oily substance, then you can probably ignore this part. Besides the overuse of ArmorAll, the overall quality of the detail job was poor. There was overspray in essentially every part of the car, food crumbs behind the 2nd row seats, and stains in the headliner. I thankfully enjoy detailing cars, so this gave me the opportunity to clean my new car for the first time, and I was not annoyed too much. However, if you are spending quite a bit of money here, just be weary of this issue. Overall, I greatly appreciated how this dealership treated me, and I will be sure to keep my business here in the future.

I brought my vehicle in for service today (8/1) while it was a nice thought I didn’t request or agree to the vehicle being cleaned and when I picked it up unfortunately the damage was already done. (We don’t do touch car washes because of paint swirls scratches etc.) I haven’t had much of a good experience here. When my wife and I were car shopping we gave them a shot to have our business buying a new vehicle the salesman we dealt with didn’t know what they had for inventory and didn’t want to give us the time of day. (The vehicle we ended up getting is a 2025)
