Great staff! Although I didn’t get what I initially wanted for my trade in (rightfully so) they made my experience easy and less stressful than I imagined. Dave is a great salesmen and answered all of my ridiculous questions.

Would 100% recommend Berlin City Toyota and will be back again I'm sure! I had been test driving different vehicles at quite a few dealerships over the course of the last 4 months or so and while some were helpful, some definitely were not, and I was about ready to forget about a new car for a bit, due to how frustrating the experience had been. Then a family member suggested that I check out Berlin City, based on their past experiences with them and good inventory. Even though they were almost 2 hrs away from me, I made the drive! Such a great one on one buying experience with Sales - shout out to Chad Strout for his attentiveness and friendliness and Hannah in the business office, so down to earth and funny! I can't believe the experience at a dealership and business office was almost fun lol They were a pleasure to work with and I would completely recommend them if you are on the hunt! :)

I drove down from the Bangor area because Berlin City Toyota has the best prices and inventory in the state. I highly recommend requesting Colin Kimball as your salesperson. I scheduled my test drive and arrived to find the vehicle parked right near the front door ready to go. He was super knowledgable about the model. After the sale, he gave a great orientation to the vehicle, helping me set the safety feature settings and understand all the technology and how to work it. I was in and out of the dealership with my brand new vehicle in hours without any hassles. A+ for Colin and Berlin City Toyota!

I was surprised they were able to fit my crew cab with 8’ bed on their alignment table. Sure feels nice to have everything straight and for. Very competitive price. Peter in service always makes me feel like a valued customer and brags about my truck which makes a guy feel good(take note, ladies). This is the only place my truck will be serviced as long as it’s on the road. 100k and counting!
