Really nice car lot Been going here for awhile now has to be one of the best used lots in louisville .

They are very honest and great people. They are so amazing. If you have a problem, they will gladly work something out with you. I was worried when I first walked on the lot. But once I talked to them and cut right to the chase. I knew i was right the right place. Won't waste your time beating around the bush. Tell them what you got and what you would like to get on the lot and they will let you know what they can and can't do. Just remember always be honest and it will go far with them.

Came to Louisville 20+ years ago,, bad credit, new job, new wife expecting our 1st. We bought 3 cars from them that we kept until we sold several years later. Great shop, upfront and honest about vehicles, affordable prices and real value. Fast forward 2025 my daughter starting her family recent graduate looking for a car found an excellent car for a great price and it’s been really reliable. She shopped several dealerships and loved the choices on the lot and the way the staff (family) treated her. Rockford is my first choice to send anyone looking for a great used car and shopping experience.

My mother got a van through them 4 years ago and it blew up after they took possession back they have yet to transfer it out of her name four years later. She has been paying taxes on that van for 4 years and they refused to remove it from her name and refused to reimburse her for the taxes owed. This place is a scam that sells nothing but junk vehicles

They sell lemons. First car went out same day took 2 weeks they never fixed missed a very important birthday trip. Gave me a second car engine went out 6 months later. Please do not waste your money here. It is really a gamble. The mechanics are terrible.
