Hear me out ….. I love them I hate them But I’ve leased 3 cars total from them I loved the last two very much But I ended up giving up and trying something new , I went to a better reviewed lot and with more cars The experience when the car had major issues or any is way worse , working with the Car lot and the loan company has been exhausting and stressing I never had to deal with this with Circus They are limited at times with help and resources And they have a controversy rep but I have only ever worked with them and them only

The cars here are raggedy. Once you drive off the lot the car WILL break down ... It might be the tire that blows out or the ac that stops working or your transmission goes out but something will break This is the only GUARANTEE you should trust. The service you get from Kentuckiana Finance next door is the POOREST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The hardly ever answer the phone and they DO NOT return calls when you leave voice-mails. I had to wait 2 hours in their dirty office for help and Steve refused to let my 4 year old grandson use the restroom. Steve's suggested I walk my disabled self to Taco Bell to use restroom. Don't expect your name or address to be protected as you can see the mail is out for everyone who comes in to see. When I first arrived after calling and getting no answer, the reception was sitting there on FaceTime on her cellphone eating a breakfast burrito. The entire staff is rude and condescending. When I suggested my situation was being handled unprofessionally Steve said "we been doing business this way for 50 years& we are still here" Yes these companies have been taking advantage of the poor and the young for 50 years with no regret I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR LOT TO MY WORST ENEMY OR KENTUCKIANA FINANCE
