Tyson was Very easy going and straight forward. No pressure and no games. Told him what I was looking for payment wise and they got me approved!! Was very pleasant and comfortable while I was there. Willie is amazing! He helped my husband and I find our perfect car today! He did everything in his power to get us in the ride we wanted. Scotty, their financial advisor, is hands down the nicest person ever. He works with you in every way possible. Please if you are looking for a car come here! They will treat you good **UPDATE*** I have had the vehicle for 60 days and it is back in the shop for overheating issues. Tyler from Rightways says as a customer within 90 days of receiving the car you are eligible for a loaner vehicle if the car is in the shop getting fixed under their warranty. My car has been in their shop since 5/18/26 and I am still waiting on a loaner vehicle. Tyler says they have several loaner vehicles but all are being used by other customers currently. To me, as a customer, that is a HUGE red flag. That means several customers cars are in the shops with something wrong. At this moment, I would not recommend Rightway to anyone!
