Brad is a family friend and was very transparent with me about the cars I was looking at and even sent me some cars he thought would be a good fit. It was overall a good experience and I cannot recommend them enough!!
By far, the easiest experience buying a car. We recently bought a 2017 Suburban from Tim, and he was awesome. We even had an AC issue right after purchase and they fixed it for us at no additional cost. Go see Tim:he’s the guy with the long hair and earrings-you can’t miss him!
Had a great experience with Louisville Cars and Trucks. Super nice people great to work with. Tim was fantastic and very easy to get along with. They offer fair pricing and show you respect which is more than I can say for a lot of dealerships. I would highly recommend Tim and the family.
Tim, Brad and Josh are all top notch guys who made buying a vehicle process simple and quick! They had absolutely no issue at all with me taking the truck to my mechanic to be inspected! They took care of the minor issues that were cosmetic and truly keep their word! I highly recommend this and will definitely do business with them in the future! I had to leave truck for tire replacement and was handed keys to another vehicle to run the errands needed - truly a great group of folks!
