I can’t say enough great things about 44 AutoMart of Louisville! We actually drove from Fort Knox to visit the dealership across the road and arrived with only about 10 minutes until closing. Within three minutes, we realized they didn’t have anything we were looking for. As we were heading back, we noticed 44 AutoMart and decided to stop in just before they closed. From the moment we walked in, no one rushed us or made us feel like an inconvenience, even though they were about to close. Instead, the team welcomed us, answered all of our questions, and even let us take a test drive. Mario was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and never once made us feel pressured. He truly listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect vehicle. The entire team deserves recognition. Eric, Drew, and the finance manager, Michael, were all professional, friendly, and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Nothing makes me happier than service after the sale. I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord with on 49k miles in April and did not purchase the additional warranty. About two months go by and out of the blue my engine blew at 4am on the way to work. Mind blowing a Honda with mileage that low would have this problem. Long story short after I spoke with Perry and explained what had happened they helped me with the cost of the replacement engine. Some may say they should have paid for it all and that’s easy to say but technically they didn’t have to do anything. Got my car back today and it’s running like a dream. Thanks for the support on my repair. 44 will be my first stop in the future when searching for a vehicle.
