Quantrell Auto Group

Just a shout out to Quantrell auto. We were looking for a used vehicle and Mr. Jason Bradley was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick out a vehicle. The financial officer was also kind in closing the deal! Thank you!

If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy car salesman contact Jason Bradley. I live 370 miles away from Lexington and just by luck found Quantrell Auto Group and Jason. He treated me with the utmost respect and was totally transparent about the car condition, price, and even arranged for the car to be shipped to my house. He made me feel really comfortable buying a car without actually driving it. Jason took the time to make a video showing me the outside and inside. My wife thought I was crazy, but I totally trusted Jason and Quantrell. When my beautiful Cadillac ELR arrived, it was perfectly as described. Thank you for such an amazing buying experience.

Todd Spears was the salesman who helped me. Working with Todd feels like you’ve got a good friend in the car business. 10/10 recommend. Todd doesn’t hover or pressure at all. I bought a used car and Todd was even helpful finding answers several days after the sale when I had questions about an aftermarket upgrade the previous owner had installed. Most dealerships don’t get anywhere close to this level of service. I’ll definitely be going back to Todd when I’m ready to buy again.

Update from previous review. First let me start with it was an unhappy disgruntled individual with Quantrell. Due to an oversight that I will take full blame for. Now I must say between sales manager Drew, and repairs manager Tony, I am happy as a Jay bird as my mother use to say. My 2020 Infiniti QX80 is running like a Queen in which she is. Due to both of the gentlemen listening to my concerns and taking quick action, to address the concerns and correct the issues. I can honestly say that I will be back to shop with them again when it's time for another vehicle. Thank you all so much for the care and respect given so quickly. Have a great rest of your day.🫡

Website did not show pictures of inside of the car, only outside. I sent them a message requesting some pictures of what it looks like. (I live 60 miles away) Emily so kindly refused my request and said I could just come test drive it. If you can't send me a couple of pics of the inside of the car, then you don't get my money. It was a simple request.
