I have A Lot of professional experience in dealership settings from luxury exotic vehicles to sport boats and yachts. This said I’m pretty particular and I expect my experience to go a certain way or I walk away and find that experience somewhere else. Other than a little laps in communication through facebook messenger (might just check into an CRM that talks with meta to help with Facebook messages) Auto Apex Car Gallery EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AND EXPERIENCE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE! Our Range Rover that we loved so much and put A Lot of money into was getting higher in miles and I knew it would need another trip to the dealer for service soon. We had been thinking about getting a Tesla for a while but weren’t sure when. I was browsing Facebook marketplace when I saw a few model 3s at Auto Apex for what seemed like very reasonable prices. I messaged a few questions then made time to drive an hour and a half from our house for a trade in appraisal on our Range Rover and test drive one of the model 3s. While the appraisal was being done we are lunch at the VERY eclectic Mexican restaurant next door. (Tamales and ceviche are 💯) less than an hour later our appraisal was done and it was a fair price that matched what I had been told elsewhere. We test drove a Tesla Model 3 and we were in love. But it was hard to pick what one on the lot we wanted because Auto Apex was priced very well and pretty close on all of them. We negotiated a little due to the car that we purchased not having the FSD computer installed but it was BY FAR THE EASIEST VEHICLE PURCHASE OF MY LIFE! We were treated well and fairly from the second that we walked in until the second that we signed our paperwork. We have been driving the car a little since buying it, upgrading our home charging system and are already thinking about going back to Auto Apex to purchase a second Tesla. I would give 10 stars if I could! These guys are the REAL DEAL! Go check them out and if you are in the fence about buying a Tesla, just do it! You won’t regret it! I traded in and purchased a Tesla here, and our entire transaction was completed in under two hours. This efficiency was thanks to the dealership’s transparent and honest service. They immediately offered a fair price and did everything they could to handle the challenges buyers usually face during a purchase. After the purchase, I was unfamiliar with the license plate process and felt quite anxious. The team fully managed everything for me, and they were very responsible, replying promptly to all my messages—even though, looking back, many of my messages were simply due to my own anxiety. In short, although I’ve had plenty of car-buying experiences in Lexington, I strongly recommend this dealership.
