She was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help make a great deal. Her dedication and willingness to make the process easy and enjoyable really stood out. We were looking to purchase a Ford transit for our small family owned plumbing business. After looking and dealing with different dealerships and sellers and not finding what we were looking for, we found one at Drive In Motors in Lexington. Ron was exceptional to work with! He is a friendly down to earth person, who makes you feel comfortable during the whole buying process. Ron's colleagues were also wonderful! All together they were a super friendly staff that made everything great! They offered us and our two children free snacks and drinks while we were getting everything wrapped up. I highly recommend them! We never felt pushed or pressured into making any decisions. Erica was amazing—she took the time to walk us through everything and made the entire process easy to understand. antonio is the man!!!!! He answered all my questions, never pressured me, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend working with him if you’re looking for a vehicle.

UPDATE!! Brought the car home and seen by my mechanic. Was told numerous issues with the car. Called the dealership for the manager Dave to try and gaslight me and tell me my mechanic is wrong and giving red flags. I think he is red flag!! Such a terrible manager. Would not budge on helping cover almost $1,000 worth of fixes to my new to me car. Would only cover an oil change and the price of a cheap taillight they were going to put on my car. Super frustrated with the manager. I’m currently pregnant with twins and have a toddler. I need to make sure my car is reliable for my growing family. The manager justified his terrible offer by saying it’s a used car. Would not recommend this dealership until they change managers. Positive side: Antonio was fantastic! If you need a car salesman that is down to earth and super friendly, this is your guy! He made the test drive so much fun. He was easy to work with. Drive in Motors is lucky to have someone like him.
