I had such a positive experience buying my car from Tim Short Lexington that I had to write this review. My treatment as a valued customer started before I even entered the dealership, when I called to inquire about a car that I had my eye on. I spoke to Nate and he was superb. He answered all my questions about the car and sent me a video so that I could get a closer look. His overall demeanor on the phone was patient and pleasant, and that continued when I went in person to test drive. For my arrival they parked my prospective car in front and even hung a "VIP" tag on the rearview mirror! The car was absolutely spotless and I was impressed. I did my test drive with Brody, who is also great and treated me very well. The purchase process was straightforward. In fact, in all my interactions with Nate, Brody, and the rest of the team, I felt they were genuine, professional, and honest. I bought a well-kept and reliable car that I am very pleased with. I'd recommend anyone looking to buy a car to check out Tim Short FIRST--and work with Nate and Brody. I confess I had called a different dealership in Lexington before this one and their phone decorum was so poor, I never bothered visiting them. I'm glad I saved my time and money and bought from Tim Short instead.

Wow, I didn’t know buying a vehicle could actually be FUN! I came in with a budget and specs for a truck, and they showed me exactly I needed.
