Works with you on payments and wonderful atmosphere very friendly. Cars are in great condition I have bought 6 different vehicles and would absolutely buy another vehicle from them. When I bought my 2013 explorer my a/c compressor went out and called and made an appointment and they had my car fixed within 2 days and now my car will freeze you out lol! I will never go to any other dealership to purchase a car I can’t give them enough stars cause that should get 20+ stars they are the best dealership. Every one of our vehicles that we have gotten from Rick and his wife Christine they have always worked miracles and I have really bad credit and I was able to buy a minivan and I love it and they’ve always been very helpful to help us if there was any problem and when the time comes that my kids need a car we will be heading back to RPM to buy their first cars.

The best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership bought 2 vehicles from them, one for my son and today one for my daughter. They were amazing and made you feel welcomed, and the whole process from start to finish was easy. Their sales rep Keegan was very knowledgeable and helped my daughter find the perfect car. I'm experiencing the worst failure I've ever had. I was financed a vehicle this company. And I mean I had to fight tooth and nail to get approved. I was grateful to have a car. After 1+ years of the purchase. I'm finding out that maintenance on this 2007 vehicle has not been updated in years. I'm ultimately $2000 in repairs. But I'm yet paying and owe more than $9000 for this car.. Such a rip off and demeaning operation. Especially in these poor time I'm America.

Seriously would never come here ever again!! People have the worst attitude with you. Was told the vehicle I was looking at was a great vehicle and very solid. We pull up and they are working on it. It won’t start at all. Plus radio didn’t work. Pretty sure they were mad though that we showed up before they could get it fixed and running. Dude with the glasses though was the main reason we didn’t buy from him, I don’t even know his name but he was rude right coming into the building and I asked once question and he just got more rude. Don’t waste ur time with this place!!
