As the General Manager at Jiffy Lube, I wanted to give a huge thanks to Anel Cufurovic for the excellent customer service and support. We had a Honda come in with a radio lockout code issue that was outside of our capabilities to fix. We reached out to Anel, and from the start he was professional, polite, positive, and extremely helpful. He confidently assured us that they would be able to take care of the issue, which gave both our team and our customer peace of mind. Thanks to his professionalism and willingness to help, we were able to point our customer in the right direction with confidence. We truly appreciate the assistance and outstanding service. Thanks again, Anel!
We came from Minnesota to purchase a suburban here and could not be more pleased. Everyone we interacted with (Alex, Maverick, Zach and Luke) provided exceptional customer service. It was well worth the drive down to do business with them. Highly recommend!
I am so happy with my new vehicle and couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided. Shawn went above and beyond hunting down exactly what I wanted and bringing the vehicle in from out of state. He made it a quick and easy process and for that I am very grateful!
My husband drove from Des Moines area to purchase a vehicle. Gabe, Zach, and the finance guy were awesome to work with and very responsive with communicating before they came down. Would totally make the drive again to work with this dealership. Thanks for making this process go so smoothly.
I have purchased multiple vehicles from Robert here and they always treat me fair with absolutely no pressure. Never had a problem and the service department is great to deal with. Highly recommend them.
