There always very nice and helpful. At this oil change, I got in quickly and done fast. I waited for it and had time to enjoy a cup of coffee there while "I waited. Thank you very much.
Talk about really taking care of a customer! I was on the road and developed an issue with my new suburban. OnStar directed me to their location for diagnostic review and repair. I was treated like I was a friend by the man at the service desk (forgot his name, light beard, cleanly shaved head) and everyone I encountered while my vehicle was serviced. They even changed the oil. Great experience.
Purchased a 2024 Buick Envista. My salesman Will was very professional and easy to work with. I recommend him and Jerry Rolling Motors to anyone in the market looking for there next new or used vehicle.
Wil, Kaleb and rest of the team were beyond fantastic. Made the process of buying a vehicle from another state very easy. Staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. Jerry Rolling Motors exceeded all of my expectations. I was looking for a Dodge Durango, for which seemed like forever. Sure enough, they had one that lined up perfectly with what I wanted. Jeremiah took great care of me, was going to drive down from Minnesota over the weekend to check it out. On a Monday he told me he could drive it up about 3 hours instead. I was pleasantly surprised. Mitch also helped a lot with the purchase as I haven't purchased a vehicle for a long time. These guys are top notch, and you won't be disappointed with their customer service!
