Wheels Unlimited LLC Auto Sales

All three people I met were very friendly and easy to work with. From the Owner to the Manager and Mechanic, they were great to work with. Owner said to come back if anything needed to be repaired and is really a down to earth guy. Bought six months ago and have had no issues beyond normal wear and tear. I even had them do extra work after purchase. Office manager kept me updated all along the way...even though I don't think I ever picked up her call. But she kept leaving messages to keep me in the loop when a recall repair got delayed. I will definitely purchase from again. Some negative feedback I saw prior to purchase sounded like they have never bought a used vehicle before.

I purchased my 2015 Chevy Traverse last month from Wheels Unlimited and I have to say as a woman it was the best car shopping experience I've ever had! There was no pushy salesman or pressure to buy. I was treated with respect and given the time I needed to make my decision. The car was fairly priced and I was given the amount I asked for my trade-in. I was told upon leaving if I experienced any issues to bring it back and it would be made right. I did this twice for a minor issue and each time it was fixed with no charge. I highly recommend this dealership.

Honest and very easy to work with! Bought this over a week ago and it’s good on gas and low Mileage! Very happy with the customer service and care they give!

October 25, 2025 Won’t let me do a new review, so I will just add to my previous review. Unfortunately we hit another deer and our 2017 Buick Enclave we had bought from Wheels Unlimited in July was totaled out again. We were in need/search of a replacement vehicle again. We went back to Wheels Unlimited and talked to Darren and he said he would be getting an Enclave in within the next week. We stopped back and he had some problems with getting that vehicle, so he talked to us about others he had on the lot. Again we were left alone and not pressured into anything. We found a 2015 Chevy Traverse that we liked. It had low miles and everything that the Enclave had so we took it for a test drive. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and Darren got them taken care for us and was so easy to work with. He got everything taken care of that we had issues with. We are very satisfied with our Traverse and heaven forbid if we hit the third deer and end up totaling another vehicle we will definitely go back to see Darren at Wheels Unlimited to see what he might have. Hopefully it will be a while before we need to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Darren. We bought a 2017 Buick Enclave from Wheels Unlimited. We were able to look around at what they had to offer without being followed around by a salesperson. After we had been there looking for a while Darren came out to see if we needed any help. He was very nice and was easy to work with. We had not boughten a car for a long while and he made our experience a good one. We will go back to Wheels Unlimited again if/when we are in need of another vehicle.

We will definitely be back. We bought a 2017 Buick Enclave yesterday after looking at several Acadia's. They listened to what we needed in a car and answered all our questions. He was knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at to help us make a good decision about what we purchased. We live one and a half hours away, but will return when we need another car. Highly recommend Wheels Unlimited.
