Dale Howard Auto Center of Waverly

I came in for an oil change on my 2016 Charger RT. They offered me a chance to test driver the new Scat Pack. I am biased towards V8 Chargers but the 6 cylinder engine was better than I thought. I didn't push it too hard, but it was very responsive. Brakes were very sensitive, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Overall the car was fairly comfortable and drove well. I was impressed with it. The interior was pretty cool. I am a tall guy, and it didn't feel too small. It did seem like it was a little less room than mine but a lot better than other similar cars. The interior is very different like the steering wheel and shifter. It's not a bad interior, I would just have to get used to it. I still hope the V8 engines will come back, but this feels like a good car. The staff was very friendly. The sales manager, Mike, was the one that offered the test drive. He was very friendly and cool. The sales consultant, Alli, was very friendly on the test drive. She answered questions and let me experience the car well.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Dale Howard. It was my first time doing business with them, and I was impressed. I feel like I got a great vehicle for a fair price. I mostly worked with Bill and John, and they were very good. They were patient, answered my questions and I didn't feel overly pressured into making any decisions. They really listened to what features in a vehicle were important to me, and made sure that was the vehicle I went home with. Working with the finance department also went smoothly. I would go back and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Best service around. Picked up and dropped off my Truck for my oil change. I even forgot to leave my keys in the vehicle and he came and found me. Very impressed with Dale Howard motors.
