I have had my car now through CnS for almost 3 years, and it has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a car dealership. Very understanding people and they will always try to make time if you need help with repairs, diagnosing a problem..car inspections..routine maintenance..etc. My car has had little to no problems, just general matinence..like brakes-rotors and minimal suspension work. (To be expected on a 2013) There hasn’t been one time I went to start my car and it hasn’t gotten me to where I need to go! Would and do highly recommend!!

I have purchased 4 vehicle over time here. And have been vary happy with them.

I wish I can give zero stars when I tell you this place is terrible. They talk to you like garbage wanna answer your phone calls won’t return phone calls. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Trax supposed to be brand new I was supposed to be the first owner but come to find out. I wasn’t the first night I took the car home would not start. I called them the next day when I get the car to start to take it back they will not take the car back instead they took it in said they fixed it. The next day did the same thing I had the car a little over a year still cutting off and on had to replace fuel pump blower for the heat Car cutting off they will not do a trade-in on the car The car was half paid off cause I just want to get it out of my hair so it wouldn’t be on my background. They repossessed the car three times each time I had to pay 1700 to get the car back the last time I just let them take the car fail for didn’t hear anything else about it. I contacted them about getting my property out the car they said the manager will contact me when I could come and pick it up. No one contact me to come and pick it up. They just notify me that the car was sold and I owe them $2022 which I double paid for this car with a rebuilt title scam artists I will be taking them to court please do not spend your money,

Sara is RIDICULOUSLY unprofessional and rude. She talks to you crazy and even reaches out to family members about your information/payments, which is a breach of THEIR contract 🤔 They sell cars 10k+ what they're worth and they're shit. Battery failed 2 weeks after buying and all she said was "oh well it's sold as is." Then came the starter, then the tires, then the transmission. Be prepared to pay for MAJOR repairs from the first day you get it, to the last day you sell the piece of junk. I'd walk to Texas and back before buying a "car" from them.

The worse experience ever I literally lost over $2000 with them because they sold me a car and couldn’t even fix it because it was a diesel
