For starters, we drove all the way from Houston, Texas (over 1,000 miles) to buy a car from this shop and Andrew and Parker made this review worth 10 stars immediately upon our arrival. They are honest and extra communicative! I am so impressed! Before e even set foot at the dealership we drove a rental into the Waterloo Airport and Parker was waiting for us - he opened the car doors and greeted us by name! IMMEDIATELY! He drove us to the dealership and When we walked in Andrew also greeted us by name also and immediately we felt welcomed! The dealership is small but that's what makes it even better - this is no glitz and glamor but still remains high quality and extra professional. They made sure our drive in was worth it and they *over delivered.* Their honesty, willingness to send photos of small rock ships and even crawl under the car to take photos made us confident to buy a LEXUS sight unseen -- money sent before we even got there. Andrew and his team deserve far more than a 5 star review will give them. Go - drive in - fly in - do the deal over the phone - you can be sure the Sales manager, Andrew, and his dealership will treat you fairly and honestly - which is such a big thing to me from a car dealership. Had the BEST truck buying experience at Armin's. We went in just wanting to check out a truck and ended up purchasing it! Parker and Andrew were great to work with no pressure, and they were even all smiles when they had to stay late so we could finish up paperwork!
