We had a great experience today and Ro got us in a car today and made it very easy and helped us greatly getting us into a car today. He promised he would and he did. We were very happy with everyone in the dealership. Buying a used car can be very nerve racking but Ro made it painless and easy. Thanks for everything guys

They screwed me over twice expected an almost 2000 dollar down payment on a car that had almost 160,000 miles that needed 8000 dollars worth of repairs and refused to fix them,then the owner called and threatened to come and take a car that he financed to me that I put 1400 down on and he sold it to me for 3 or more times the value the value is only 1700 dollars and he’s selling it to me for 8100 plus a 4500 dollar finance charge bunch of rip offs don’t recommend buying from them I’m not the only one that they have screwed over. They told me to sign papers without telling me the price at the end otherwise I wouldn’t have bought it

DO NOT BUY from Liberty. My son bought an overpriced vehicle from them for $11,800. They didn't have the title (and he waited on them to get it), he finally took it back and they avoided him. That was their fault not my sons. When they (Liberty) finally took it back they only gave him $7000. What a joke. They told him sorry that's all it's worth and all we can give you for it. Oh they will sell a vehicle overpriced to someone and take advantage of them, but they won't buy it back or give them the money they paid when it was their (Liberty/Alldens) fault they couldn't get the title for it. I posted this review once before. It was before the check cleared (the $7000) at bank. So they said they would stop payment on it if I didn't take the review down. Now that the check has cleared I'm posting the review to let others know. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! If you want this review taken off you'll have to contact me not my son, and give a check to him for the $4800 you owe him. Also, the post won't be taken down until the check clears. That's how you guys do things right?

First of all I have proof of all the information I'm about to share. I purchased a car that I was not told the truth about from the jump. I said in the very beginning that I bought a car once sight unseen & was very disappointed. So this time around, I was going to be more direct with my expectations. I said I just needed a car with working AC & HEAT that didn't have any rust issues. Well after being assured that none of my requirements would be an issue I took a chance. I asked about a the return or refund policy & was told there wasn't one. That's when I should have ended the call. However I proceeded because I thought I could trust the salesman. I was wrong, because none of my 3 specific requirements were met and I discovered that the transmission had to be rebuilt the first day I drove it. I'm not a business basher, but I do believe in warning people. Stay away from Liberty Car Co especially if it's a sight unseen purchase. I hope this helps someone & that's my only purpose for sharing my personal experience. THANKS
