We drove 2 1/2 hours to get to Tom’s West and we had the Best experience! We worked with Randy and there was no ‘used car selling lingo,’ just good conversation. He was knowledgeable, answered our questions and ended up making us an offer we couldn’t refuse! Actually all staff were the same, friendly, no pressure, very comfortable atmosphere. Definitely FIVE Stars! *And we have had our new car, (Exactly What I Wanted… a 2020 Cadillac Escalade, White with Black leather interior) for a week now… and We Love It!! ❤️

Randy is amazing! Very honest and we know we’ll be well taken care of, and find what we need. Me and my husband bought a vehicle from him back in July and loved it, then this month found ourselves needing another car. First car is running great, and we just drove our 2nd car off the lot that we bought with Randy’s help. This is the place we’ll forever be coming to find our perfect fit. Bought an SUV here a few days ago. Francisco was very nice, polite, and professional. Never pressured me even helped show me how to use the features I'm not used to.
