So it took me a long time to post a review, but I really like to live with the car for a bit before I do! After being poorly treated at various car dealerships around town, I ended up at autoplex. The reviews mentioned John being very upfront and honest, so that's who I talked to. There were several odysseys on the lot, but s 2014 caught my eye. After being burned, it can be hard to trust- and I needed a vehicle that was ready to move me and my life across the country. Instead of selling me some pos that would break down once I arrived, John ensured I felt VERY comfortable in my van. As issues would come up post sale, john made sure to work with me in getting them taken care of. The odyssey made it from Iowa to Pennsylvania without issue, and had been a solid vehicle for around 5/6months now. 10/10 recommend speaking to and doing business with John at Autoplex!!
This review is long overdue, I got my Mini Cooper Countryman from here and John sold me the car. John was so friendly and knowledgeable, it was great talking to him, he was quick to respond to all my emails and questions. I hope if you buy a car you buy from John! My experience was great! I had a great experience working with Scott at Autoplex. It was my first time trying to get a loan for a car and he was very helpful in helping me do so and walking me through it. They offer quality cars with great prices. It took not even an entire day to trade in my car and go home with the vehicle I wanted. The experience was overall very easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car!
