After shopping around a couple dealerships big and small, with no luck and a lot of frustration, Efkamp was my saving grace. Taylor was great to work with and I absolutely love my new (to me) car. One of their shop guys was also very kind to my mom and little stuff like that sticks with customers for sure.

Was a great experience! Taylor made every quick and easy and not only worked with me but made it happen super quickly. We scored a beautiful 2022 Chevy Silverado ZR2 from EFKamp Auto Sales he took a trade in on my 2017 ram 1500 eco diesel with 182xxx miles! I’ll tell you what Taylor helped us out tremendously. When I first called to talk about this truck, no one answered the phone to busy watching other auctions to get other vehicles. Called several times, should have been a sign about the service. (Which clearly was not good.) Let them know I was interested and would be up the next weekend to get this truck. Drive up the night before a snow storm. Went to get the truck, keep in mind they knew we were coming and they didn't even have the truck cleaned off ready to look at or go. Covered in snow, pretty sure they just cleaned the snow off with a broom. There was a ton of snow in the truck from when they opened the door. Was not impressed with any of that. They could of at least had it inside since they knew we would be there, but they didnt care! Like I said service wasn't great! Get the truck on the road in the snow storm, windshield wiper flies off driving down I-80. Tires wern't great they only took $200 off for those. After getting the truck home there are 2 spots on both rear doors, where the paint is chipping off, they did an excellent job of not showing the paint chipping in photos and how could we see those with the truck covered in snow. If you are to buy a vehicle from Efkamp, I would double check everything 2 or 3 times before you commit to buying anything.
