Super easy financing process. We were able to look and drive the vehicles we were interested in for as long as we needed. We had an issue with the vehicle we decided on within 24-hours of purchase. I called Ed and he asked when I could bring it in. I drove there immediately after and he had Jesus their mechanic look it over. It was an easy fix and were out of there within 10 minutes and no issues with the vehicle since. My only complaint is that they did not honor the listed price on Facebook. So just beware of that if Facebook is where you saw your vehicle of interest.

Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the easy process this was and the no credit check. Now for the flaws car seemed like it was running fine when we test drive it. We purchased it then on the way home it started making rattling noises still can’t figure out where that is coming from took it back next day they couldn’t figure it out however they gave us a name for a sister company to fix at our cost. Fast forward a couple weeks we knew we needed to put new tires on come to find out we needed all 4 due to dry rot which $1200. That same day they were unable to due a proper alignment due to the inner and outer tie rods being seized. Then the following day I was leaking transmission fluid and car was making noises took it in and $200 luckily it was only the power steering and a screwed up O ring in power steering. We had to also replace all interior light and headlights. Now rpm’s bounce while driving and vehicle bounces or hesitates while driving who knows now. Definitely sold us a lemon and this was a car to transport my children and my autistic son to a special school thinking we had a reliable vehicle. The guy that sold this to us knew we were looking for a reliable vehicle. This was after dropping thousands for a down payment to think we were getting a reliable vehicle.

I purchased my van from them I asked them if anything was wrong they said no and showed me papers showing it was my car framing at the bottom was rotted out and I’m out of money and a vehicle they told me when I demanded my money back that I couldn’t get it or a different vehicle mind you I got the car at the end of September hasn’t even been 2 months yet. They said I’m just out of a vehicle. If anyone would like to let me know how I can file a lawsuit that would be great because they lied of the condition of the vehicle. It wasn’t a little rusted it was severely rusted underneath and put me and my kids in jeporady. They don’t want to give me a new car or my money they will deal with a lawsuit and I will get the buisness shutdown and boycott them.

I am giving this rating because this company ultimately wasted my time. We visited to test drive a vehicle and to get a mechanic to inspect it. We did not purchase it because it had a code for a faulty transmission, and we weren't willing to risk it. Despite there being a website with the car's information on it, this information wasn't presented. When we got back to the lot, the salesperson just said, "If the price is right," as a response. The price was a little cheap than I'd expected for the vehicle, but it was outside the risk I was willing to take. The one positive note here is that they hadn't cleared the code and left it present. If they'd have done so, there may not have been any way for us to know. Still, this information should be present so I can save the trouble. Car purchasing is annoying enough without that.
