Moss Motors

I was in need of a small low profile car to use as a medical transport vehicle for my spouse who cannot walk due to a stroke. I did not want a car payment. I found Moss Motors thru Car Gurus. After a short peruse thru the Moss Motors car lot I set my sights on their nice inventory of the Chevy Cruze. Beautiful cars with low mileage and the price was exactly in that sweet spot. $10,000 or less. Which for me meant NO CAR PAYMENT. I test drove a nice white Chevy Cruze and Loved it. I then spied a beautiful Buick Verano Leather package. Low mileage. I drove it and was sold. I found, for me, the perfect vehicle with a bit of luxury for under $10,000 which meant NO CAR PAYMENT. I purchased it immediately but did not have a way to get it back to my home as I my spouse is incapable of driving. I explained to Brady that I would be back the next afternoon to pickup the car as I would need to bring an Uber. Brady very happily offered to deliver the car and within 2 hours the car was delivered to my home. I would like to personally Thank Dave Moss Brady Moss and Brady's Son who picked up his Dad after delivering the car. Your quality line up is right in that perfect price point. Your wonderful customer service is top notch. I now understand how you have maintained your family business for 30+ years. Here's to 30 more! Thank you Moss Motors. Dave Brady and Son..

Brady and his brother were tons of help , very honest and truthful about any of the cars you have questions or concerns about. The paper work was also very fast no add ons or trying to get more money out of you which is very appreciated. Overall the whole experience was amazing and I will definitely be back, Thank you Brady on my new ford focus !

I have helped my daughter & a friend's daughter shop for their first cars here. Both times the owner has lead with kindness and honesty. My daughter's car had a mechanical issue within 24 hours of purchase and the owner brought it back in and corrected the mechanical issues. I will continue to work with Moss motors. 100% recommend if you are looking for an affordable used car.

My best friend and boyfriend both went car shopping today in Des Moines and both purchased cars from Moss Motor today. Great experience the owner was so helpful and very professional. He made a stressful situation a great time. Would highly recommend!!!

Went here to look at a truck i found online. I get there the truck is rusted out. There are 2 codes on the dash and it ran terribly. I crawled under the truck and one of the U joints is going out. The guy seemed really nice, but they clearly dont run these vehicles through the shop before they put them on the lot to sell them, so be careful
