Tom and Mark were great to work with. We gave them a price range of where we wanted to be and they did not try to push us to higher priced cars. We felt very comfortable with their honesty and telling us the good things and the not so good things about the cars we were interested in. Once we narrowed our selection down to the car we wanted, we noticed a few items we needed taken care of before we drove it off the lot and they had those done the same day. We felt we got a great car at a great price and dealt with honest people.

I recommend Murray Motors. I cannot say enough how every experience I have with them is a tremendous blessing. They take wonderful care of me. They are straightforward and I appreciate their transparency. I always feel grateful as I leave. I bought my vehicle here. I bring my car back for regular oil changes. I have taken my car to be serviced at other places. Not anymore! I will make the drive from out of town to have all the work it needs done here. I would rather have the quality of service, for the best price, and the excellent fellowship that I am always met with. Thank you to the Murray’s team for a customer for life!

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Everyone inside treated me with the utmost respect. I spent weeks searching for the right vehicle and it was a no brainer going with Murray Motors. The shop mechanics are fantastic and ensured that I had no problems leaving the dealership. I was able to get a really good warranty with my vehicle. Establishing a long-term relationship is important to this business. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business here.

I went to many dealerships where we were approved for financing but the sales people tried to talk me into vehicles I didn't want as I was looking for something "special." I was looking for a daily driver that would hold up in winter. Most importantly I didn't want a vehicle I would see parked in every neighbor's driveway. When I found out Murray Motors had a North Face Avalanche I knew it was exactly what I had been looking for. I called Dillon all day making sure it hadn't sold and he was so nice and patient, not patronizing like the other places. I loved when I got there it was obvious this is a family business and I felt comfortable immediately. He had the Avalanche ready to test drive when we arrived. It is a pristine vehicle and they worked with us to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted and never tried to push a different vehicle. Instead they sat down with us and worked out a down payment and payments we could afford. With only 1700 of these vehicles ever made, I knew I wasn't going to have a vehicle like everyone else. Thanks to Murray Motors, Dillon and the whole family, I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. After this experience I would never go anywhere else!

Started out really good. Talked about the purchased vehicle over phone and was told that they had one thing to fix on the car. It was ten days later when I went to purchase the vehicle. The part was not fixed but they gave me the part to do it myself. The car is a convertible and the top wouldn’t go all the way down. The top I’m told was replaced and does appear to be new. I purchased the vehicle and was able to get the vehicle at $500.00 less than asking price. Since the purchase I’ve called and spoke to Mark about who done the top. He said he would call me back with this information. I called a few days later and left a message for Mark but never got a call back. I’ve tried to call a few more times to see if he had this information but there is no answer. It’s as if they screen the calls. Customer service ends once they get their payment in full. I will not recommend or return to this establishment. Everyone’s experience is different and hopefully the next persons is better.
