This place and this group of guys is hands-down the best! A mini-truck just so happened to be here that my husband has been wanting for years. Chen was amazing at answering all my questions, going over everything and helping me and the girls surprise my husband with it. As a female I would never just go buy a car on my own… but the minute I started talking with him and saw how thorough he was and how kind everyone else there was, I knew they weren’t going to steer me wrong. If you want an amazing, easy, hassle-free, pressure-free, honest car buying experience (not to mention some awesome, rare, CLEAN cars) then you found the place. Go to Midwest Auto World now - you won’t regret it. Thank you guys so much for helping us make my husbands’ dreams come true! Customers for life
Fantastic customer service, specifically James. I pulled into the place because my cars’ battery died in the middle of the road and this place happened to be the closest parking lot. James came out and helped me get it working again and even took me to get some gas for the car. I’ll be going here if I need a car in the future.
I purchased a Honda Accord from Chen about a year ago, and honestly it’s been the best car I’ve ever owned! I drive a lot for work and I have yet to have any issues with the vehicle and the best thing about Chen is anytime I need work done on my vehicle, he does it for me and does not charge for labor or basic parts. I’m glad I discovered Midwest Auto, and I will definitely not be buying from anywhere else. Most honest dealer you will find!!
Everything went smoothly! Very respectful & laid back, and continued communication well past purchase date whenever I had any questions .
James was great to work with, walked in there not really planning on buying a car and i ended up leaving with a new to me tsx. great people highly recommend!
