They are absolutely wonderful. I had went to 15 different car places and El alamo was the only place that didn't turn me away.
I bought a car from this place and it broke down within ONE day. That's completely unacceptable. I was told the vehicle was in good condition, but clearly it wasn't even close. I've now had to deal with unexpected repairs and stress right after purchasing, which should never happen if a car is properly inspected and honestly represented. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about buying from here to be very careful and get everything checked independently before trusting what they say. My experience was extremely disappointing.
