This is perhaps the best used car dealer on the south side of DSM and of course better than most. After purchasing a vehicle here they repaired it at no charge to us. They even took the time to track down a seat for our van. The gals in the office are very kind and the salesman is very honest.

I got a Chrysler Pacifica from this place an found out that the wheel could of popped off at anytime because the subframe was cracked this shop put my family an I in danger. I went through the Better Bureau Business on this shop. His secretary is a big liar and knows nothing about cars. Don't trust this shop.

Sold a car that didn't even last 24hours

I don't have the option to give -100 stars but had to put one so it would let me post. Worst dealership ever they sold us a car with a bad motor and tried to hide it (we haven't even had the vehicle for 3 months).The old red head lady in the office is the worst. She told me to drive the car while it was broke with my kids mind you this was during winter. Tried to make me blind sign paperwork and got mad when I wouldn't. Then threatened to call the cops and not allow me to take the vehicle. She sent text to my husband threatened to report us. I called the police myself and got things straightened out. We have proof from mechanics as to there unsuccessful coverups of trying to screw us over. My experience with her and her absent husband (the owner) and the incompetent mechanics that work for them is the absolute worst. We will never buy a car from here again. So please do yourself a favor go to a real car dealership.

They literally ripped me and my girlfriend off we put $500 down on a car and did payments missed one payment they took the car and said they sent out a 20 day notice that I never received in the mail so they ripped me off so bad it’s ridiculous I wasted money on a car that came from people that don’t know how to do there job. They literally suck and I will never ever in my life go back there they literally took all my money and lied about it we got them on tape with different stories from the red headed lady in the office and the husband (owner) they both don’t know nothing the was talking and ripped me off they are horrible and I will be taking them to court I got receipts and everything. They a beyond horrible.
