I had a great experience with Brads Used Cars. Brandon and Leslie were easy to work with, no pressure, and made the whole process simple from start to finish. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. What stood out most was how smooth everything went and how well they communicated throughout the process. You can tell they actually care about taking care of their customers, not just making a sale. Another big plus is that they are able to service my vehicle next door at Brads Complete Auto, which gives me confidence knowing I can bring my vehicle back for regular maintenance. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely go back again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Brads and I am always well taken care of. I recently purchased a vehicle here, Brandon was easy to work the process with. Smooth sailing from applying for financing, signing paperwork, everything. A couple issues came up with vehicle, I reached out, expressed issues, he had me drop it off and repairs were made. As a matter of fact they came across something in while making initial repairs and fixed it too to ensure all was well! I’m really impressed with quality customer service from the jump!

I booked a Budget Truck to be rented out and I traveled 8hours by bus to pick it up and when I showed up for my appointment time no showed up on there property even when I called several days a head of time to make sure that someone will be there also so I ended up calling budget truck company to find out what I should do and the only thing that I could have done was to cancel the order and go back to a competitor to get what I needed so I can finish my moving project to make it back home with all my belongings. Sorry Budget I will go some where else to get what I need.
