I see only a few bad comments w out buying from them , I bought 2 cars one its already paid off like 5 years ago and haven't been in the mechanics not once I just bought a Ford F150 and its like new (2018) the guys in the office are super chill payments are weekly which it works form me personally they have some nice cars too
Bought my son’s car over a year ago and have had no issues. Worked with 3 sales people and they were all extremely helpful. Very easy and quick transaction. Will be getting my daughter a car from there very soon.
I usually don't leave reviews. That being said, I needed to share that USA-1 is one of the best in customer service. They really do go the extra mile. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with friendly, helpful and no pressure staff. I will be recommending to everyone I know and even those I don't. Everything I looked at had VERY low mileage compared to other lots around. Prices are good. They also have financing and will work it out to get the best deal. So, if your in the market give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
Was going to buy a truck from them. But after reading all these negative reviews- I don't think I will bother or waste my time or money. I'll save my frustration and go else where! USA1 doesn't sound like a good place to shop for a good vehicle or service! I'll just move on to a dealership I know is good and reliable!!! Thanks anyways!!!
They have shady financing, and they only sell rebuilt or salvaged titles. They have zero faith in their cars and will loan to anyone with terrible rates and terms. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR HERE
