First off, the sales team is extremely good at their job and helpful. Jason contacted me roughly 15 minutes after my initial inquiry and was in touch and responsive every step of the way. It took other local dealers weeks to get back to me just to tell me the vehicle is sold. I had been looking for an exact truck and had a 5-hour trip ahead of me and he prepared everything ahead of his day off to ensure that I had a smooth purchase. Once I got there, they had the truck and paperwork ready to go, Danny was forthcoming, communicative, and extremely professional. The process took about 30 minutes until I was in the truck and driving.... I ultimately paid $3k less than originally planned due to Jasons hard work and full disclosures to his knowledge. Now to the unfortunate part. I had requested that the service team do a few things beforehand. Was told they were done and good to go for a long drive. Supposedly the brakes had just been done and about 20 minutes into my drive a brake line blew seizing the caliper. Luckily Danny from Sales was the saving grace and had me back in and had the service team fix this for free. No big deal as I was just down the road. Unfortunately, even more, once I got to the state line my AC Compressor completely failed, causing my AC to go out in 100-degree weather and unleash an ungodly sound from the engine bay and I had my dog with me. About 45 minutes later the brake line blew AGAIN!!!!!! On top of this I specifically requested that the oil be changed and the coolant be flushed but about an hour left in my drive with no AC, a very very very loud bearing chirp, a brake completely failed, now all the sudden my oil light came on, my coolant light came on, and the TPMS sensors were flashing. I was also told it was de-stickered yet there's a giant sticker residue with clear letters on the rear window and the tailgate still has the sticker. I will be about $2400 out of pocket for instant fixes. At the end of the day, I am happy with my experience with Sales, specifically Jason and Danny. I absolutely love the truck, and it's been put to use already on the farm. I did make it home safely and Jason is still the man. I just wish the service team did their due diligence despite the volume or timeline. At least communicate truthfully about the vehicles condition so that customers like me can be prepared for stuff like this. Due to Jason and Danny, I still give S&H a 5-star review and a high recommendation. To this day Jason is still going to be my go-to guy for any more vehicle needs. Update: have had to replace water pump as well. Also keep getting multiple texts asking about my experience and when told, that’s ignored and i keep getting the texts. Obviously there’s some sort of communication problem going on there. This is not a reflection of the SALES TEAM. The sales team is wonderful!
