I highly recommend Gauge Automotive! This is my second vehicle that I’ve purchased from them, and once again they exceeded my expectations. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my van and explain everything they found instead of rushing through the process. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to answer all of my questions. The car salesman was also outstanding throughout the entire experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. The entire team made the process smooth and stress-free, and their customer service is one of the reasons I came back for my second vehicle. 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My First Dealership Purchase Ever! 🚘🎉 I’ve bought probably 25 cars in my life, but I’ve never purchased from a dealership before, nor have I ever owned a model year this new. The only reason this was possible was my complete trust in the team at Gage Auto LLC. Gage, Dave, JJ, and Michael made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Gage was incredibly attentive and transparent, Dave made the numbers work effortlessly, and JJ and Michael ensured every detail of the truck was handled with complete care and professionalism. These guys showed genuine integrity every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the experience and can't thank them enough!

Gage was incredibly helpful when I was dealing with a major issue with my vehicle. Even when he didn’t have to, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Had a great experience here. Dave was very helpful, patient and gave shared some information that I wasn’t aware about. Company seems very trustworthy. Also his daughter was very remindful about things he forgot to share with me. 10/10

Dave as I mentioned when I first purchased the vehicle I was not happy with it even though I only had it two days I felt like you could have did better by saying I should come in to try out another vehicle. I gave you cash for this vehicle and you should have at least taking in consideration how I felt about the vehicle only after having it for 2 days. You told me I was stuck with the vehicle in which I felt that was because I gave you full total payout and only owed a slight bit to pay it off.You should have given me a little bit more grace and consideration. You lied to me and told me that this vehicle was fully loaded and it wasn't!!! I had not had a up-to-date new vehicle so I did not know what fully loaded was with this type of vehicle. This vehicle only has one electric power seat there's not even a light in the glove box is what you call a base model vehicle .This vehicle has been in five major accidents but yet and still you telling me I got a great deal. This deal was horrible I have nothing really good to say about Gage Auto. On top of that you got all my money within the week of purchase and yet and still it took 45 days to get my title sent over to the DMV that lets me know that you did not send out the paperwork immediately like you said .When I purchased the vehicle . So you could have let me come in to look at something else on your lot. You could have let me come in and try to find something else that I would have been happy and comfortable with.But that was no concern of yours .But out of your selfishness you did not wish to give your customer the better option with the amount of money that I spent with you and to leave me stuck with this piece of trash. You all acted like you went through pure hell to get this vehicle on your lot only to dump it off on someone who's an unexpected victim which was a woman of course and who trusted that you would not have lead me wrong and was looking out for my best interest. I was totally wrong.
